My ex-boyfriend gave me a romantic valentines day surprise, and I'm confused?!?
Okay, so my boyfriend and I broke up on the Monday before valentines day, after 4 months of dating. It was mutual, for the most part, but it was only because we were both really stressed and he has some minor commitment issues. This might just be temporary, we aren't really sure. We both have told each other that we still have feelings for each other, we just don't know what we want right now. So we spent some time together on Friday and both had a really good time. He told me that he might stop by to see me after work on Saturday valentines day . I didn't really think that he would. At 11 30 PM on Saturday he texted me asking if I was awake, and when I said that I was, he said " Okay, I'll be at your house in a few minutes. So I snuck out to meet him, and there he is on my deck with a box of chocolates So there I was, outside in the freezing cold, in the middle of the night with my ex boyfriend on valentines day. I told him that he really didn't have to do this, and he said " No, I do. You deserve this." What does this mean? Does he want to get back together, or does he just feel bad for me?

It was not lingerie but some tasteful pajamas.She felt it was romantic but not worth the money, pajamas not lingerie. And no she does not want lingerie.No we are not short on money, and there is no 'rest of the story'. How's this for a romantic valentines day idea?
I'm gonna write my girl some lyrics, play the piano for her and sing them to the theme " Karma Police" by Radiohead, but with my own lyrics to her. Then I'm going to take her to her favorite restaurant. I will have already left a dozen roses and a box of fine chocolate she LOVES chocolate with the restaurant before taking her. While we are eating, I will excuse myself to restroom, but really I will go get the roses. I will then give them to her. Later, when I ask for the bill, I will have them bring her the box of chocolate. Any tips or suggestions or better ideas or additions?
